ABOUT MINDSHIP
Mindship is a coaching and consulting practice that offers personalised online programs for young adults, teens and/or their parents with a strong emphasis on building mental resilience and inspiring personal growth.
Mindship's mission is to equip young people with the mindset and tools they need to succeed in today's complex world through support, science-based insights, and practical strategies that foster emotional, psychological, and cognitive well-being.
At the same time, to help parents in setting the stage for the long-term success and happiness of their young people.

I founded Mindship in 2020 in Bangkok, Thailand during Covid pandemic, as a response to the rising need for mental and emotional support during a time of unprecedented uncertainty.
What began as one-on-one guidance for adults soon expanded, and in Belgrade, Serbia, the practice evolved into group programs aimed at helping people cultivate healthier mindsets and bring positive change into all areas of life.
Today, based in Geneva, Switzerland, Mindship has a renewed and sharper focus: creating a safe space where teenagers can develop resilience and confidence, while parents feel supported and empowered to guide and connect with their children, ultimately laying the foundation for lasting growth and success as a family.
MINDSHIP JOURNEY
About me
My name is Ivana Jelisavac
As a certified NLP Trainer of Coaches, Master Coach and Time Line Therapy® coach recognised by the American Board of NLP, I am deeply committed to supporting mental health and personal development.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a powerful approach that explores the connection between neurological processes, language, and behavioural patterns, offering individuals cutting-edge consultancy for personal change and growth.
My professional journey spans over a decade in the corporate sector. Holding a degree Master of Business Administration with a specialisation in Marketing, I further built an expertise in communication, project management, interpersonal relations, and leadership while working with well-known multinational companies.
After years as a committed businesswoman, I realised how hard it was to juggle a demanding career, a busy husband, and family life. My children needed me, and I could see the toll my absence was taking on them. Psychology had always been one of my greatest passions, so I embarked on a strict and intense certification path to become an NLP Trainer and Master Coach. Choosing this new career path also gave me the flexibility to shape my hours around my family’s needs and the ability to move my work wherever life takes us. This journey changed me: it made me a better mother, life partner, daughter, sister, and friend. Most of all, it showed me how much knowledge, empathy, and strength I had and how much I could share. It is a great privilege for me to use it to help another soul on their journey.
In addition to my practice, I have been actively involved with the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) for the past three years. This past year, leading the high school PTA team for the International School of Geneva, I have gained valuable insights into the increasing support needs of both teens and their parents. This role has heightened my awareness of the pressures associated with high academic expectations and the global decline in mental health among teens, reinforcing my dedication to helping young people thrive.
As a mother of three, I have firsthand experience navigating the challenges and triumphs of family life. Two of my children graduated from high school with outstanding IB results and are now studying at prestigious universities in the UK, while my youngest is still a student at Ecolint. Walking alongside them through exams, moves, transitions, and big life choices has given me unique insight into what teens and parents truly go through.
These experiences don’t just enrich my perspective; they strengthen my ability as a coach to support both teenagers and parents in building confidence, finding direction, and creating a flourishing future.
